Free Keyword Density & Readability Checker.
Keyword density hasn't been a ranking factor in over a decade, but frequency still tells you something useful: whether your page is actually about the topic you think it is. If your target term shows up twice and semantically-related phrases show up zero times, the page is under-optimized regardless of what you called the file.
Paste your draft below. You'll get word count, sentence count, top single keywords and 2/3-word phrases with density percentages, and a Flesch reading-ease score. Aim for reading-ease 60–70 for most B2B content, higher for consumer.

FAQs — Keyword Density & Readability Checker
There isn't one. Modern SEO cares about topical depth (do you cover the entities and related phrases?) not about hitting a percentage. If your target keyword appears naturally 5–15 times in a 1000-word piece, and related terms show up throughout, you're in the right ballpark.
Higher = easier to read. 90–100 = 5th grade. 60–70 = plain English (target for most web content). 30–50 = college. Below 30 = academic. Google doesn't rank on readability directly, but bounce rate and dwell time correlate strongly with score.
